What is the International Dance Camp Festival ( IDCF) ?
The IDCF is a Dance Camp held in several cities in Germany (Stuttgart, Konstanz, Munich) and soon in Spain as well. We combine two major dance styles. On the one hand we invite the top Hip Hop and Urban Dance instructors and choreographers and on the other hand we offer classes with the most excellent teachers of Contemporary -, Jazz – and Ballett – techniques. You can learn more than 25 different dance styles at the IDCF; the workshops are going to take place in various studios and of course we provide classes in different levels. (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced). Register here

In the IDCF workshops you will not only profit from new Warm – Ups, Technique exercises and amazing choreographies, you will also become a lot of pedagogical input from our instructors. IDCF also contains a social aspect through dance, for example the „Kitanzt“- project (Information about Kitanzt here) and the Stuttgart Hip Hop Battle.

Was ist das International Dance Camp Festival (IDCF) ?
Das IDCF steht für eine Reihe von Dance Camps in Stuttgart, München, Konstanz und bald auch in Spanien. Wir verbinden 2 Tanzwelten miteinander. Zum einen laden wir hochkarätige Dozenten aus der urbanen Szene ein, zum anderen kommen hochqualifizierte Dozenten aus dem Contemporary, Modern, Jazz und Ballettbereich. Bei den IDCF Workshops können die Teilnehmer nicht nur neue Warm up – , Technikübungen und einzigartige Choreographien lernen, sondern auch einen pädagogischen Input durch die Dozenten bekommen. Das ist bei einem Dancecamp dieser Größe und diesen erstklassigen Dozenten einmalig in der Tanzszene. Das IDCF bildet auch das Fundament für soziale Rahmenprogramme die rund um das IDCF stattfinden, wie z.B. das Projekt Kitanzt Infos Kitanzt oder das Stuttgarter Hip-Hop Battle Infos Battle.

Who can take part at the IDCF?
Everybody above the age of 12 can participate. In exceptional cases and after consultation with us, we might allow to participate at the age of 12. In special cases the age rate for a class can be 16. We offer different workshop levels so that the participant can choose whether he takes beginner, intermediate or advanced classes. Our workshops are instructed on pedagogical high level and are therefore recommendable for dance teachers and workshop instructors.

Für wen eignen sich die IDCF Dance Camp´s?
Teilnehmen können alle ab 12 Jahren. In Ausnahmefällen und nach Rücksprache mit uns können auch Teilnehmer ab 12 Jahren teilnehmen. In besonderen Ausnahmefällen können einzelne Kurse auch erst ab 16 Jahre sein. Die Workshops eignen sich für Anfänger und auch Profis. Wir bieten unterschiedliche Levels an, sodass sich jeder sein richtiges Level im Stundenplan aussuchen kann. Da wir pädagogisch hochwertige Kurse anbieten, sind unsere Workshops vor allem für Pädagogen / Dozenten und Unterrichtende im Allgemeinen empfehlenswert.

How far are the studios apart from each other?
The studios are approximately 2–6  minutes walking distance apart from each other.

Wie weit sind die Hallen voneinander entfernt?
Alle Hallen in den jeweiligen Städten sind zu Fuß gut innerhalb von 2 bis 6 Min. zu erreichen.

Can take pictures and videos during the workshops?
You are allowed to take pictures and videos 10 minutes before the end of the class and with the permission of the workshop instructor and those who will be seen in your video.

Darf Ich während den Workshops Fotos und Videos machen?
Du darfst nur mit ausdrücklicher Erlaubnis des Dozenten und der Teilnehmer 10 Minuten vor Ende des Workshops Videos und Fotos machen. Du musst vorher alle Fragen ob Sie auf deinem Video oder Deinen Fotoaufnahmen mit erscheinen wollen.

Is it possible to park my car close to the workshop location?
The IDCF Stuttgart and Konstanz are located in the city center. The parking situation in both of these cities is difficult and mostly fee – based. In Munich the Dance Camp is going to take place outside the city center which means you are going to be able to find free parking close to the workshop locations. We are going to provide a list and map of parking spots near all the IDCFs in these three cities.

Kann Ich an den Veranstaltungsorten parken wenn Ich mit dem Auto anreise?
Das IDCF Stuttgart und Konstanz finden mitten im Zentrum dieser beiden Städte statt. Die Parkplätze sind meistens gebührenpflichtig. In München hast Du größtenteils die Möglichkeit kostenlos in der Nähe der Hallen zu parken. Wir stellen Dir eine Liste mit Parkplätzen für Stuttgart und Konstanz auf den Anmeldungsseiten zur Verfügung.

Is it possible to book a group travel to the IDCF?
If you wish, we can organize a bus trip for you and your dance group. You must have 25 people signed up though. The fees for the bus trip will be added to the costs of the workshops. If you are interested in traveling with a group of people, please contact us via email.

Werden Gruppenreisen zu den IDCFs angeboten? 
Ja, auf Wunsch bieten wir euch die Organisation einer Gruppen Busreise ab 25 Personen an. Die Gebühren bzw. Fahrtkosten werden auf eure Workshop Buchungen hinzugefügt. Die Fahrtkosten sind bei einer Busreise ab 25 Personen günstiger. Nehmt dazu einfach per Mail Kontakt mit uns auf.

How much does the IDCF cost and are there any kind of discounts?
The costs depend on how many days you book. You can book only one day or several days, as you wish. You can look in the pricing while you choose how many days you would like to come. While booking you can see additional booking options. Register here

What happens after I register?
You should receive a booking confirmation on your email immediately. If not, please check your spam folder first, and then contact us.

Was passiert nach meiner Anmeldung?
Du erhältst sofort nach deiner Anmeldung eine Onlinebestätigung per Mail.
Solltest Du innerhalb von wenigen Minuten keine Bestätigung erhalten schaue in deinem Spamordner nach. Wenn du keine Bestätigungsmail bekommen hast, dann nehme bitte Kontakt mit uns auf.

Can I book additional days after I registered already?
Yes, it is possible to book additional days later, but only for the usual pricing (without any type of discount).

Du kannst nach Deiner Anmeldung weitere Tage zu den normalen Tarifen hinzubuchen.

Is it possible to book single workshops?
No, that is not possible.

Is my online registration mandatory?

Ist meine Onlineanmeldung verbindlich?
Ja, deine Onlineanmeldung ist gemäß unseren AGB verbindlich. Alle Infos zu unseren AGB findest Du hier.

How can I register when I am underaged (not 18 years old)?
If you are underaged, your parents have to fill out the registration forms for you and put your name in the participants‘ field. There will be another free field, where your parents have to put in their date of birth and yours.

Wie kann Ich mich anmelden wenn ich Minderjährig bin?
Wenn Du Minderjährig bist müssen sich deine Eltern stellvertretend für Dich anmelden und dich als Teilnehmer angeben. Während deiner Anmeldung wird anhand deines Geburtsdatums ein extra Feld eingeblendet, wo sich deine Mutter oder dein Vater stellvertretend für dich anmelden können.

Am I insured during my participation at the IDCF?
No, we don’t insure the participants oft he IDCF. We are not taking any responsibility in case of any inuries happening during the dance worksops.

Bin Ich während meiner Teilnahme beim IDCF versichert?
Nein, während der Teilnahme bei allen IDCFs bist Du nicht versichert. Wir haften nicht für Verletzungen, die dir durch die Teilnahme beim IDCF entstehen könnten.

Are my belonings insured against theft during my time at the IDCF?
No, we are not taking any responsibility for theft.

Sind meine Sachen die Ich dabei habe beim IDCF gegen Diebstahl versichert?
Nein, für Diebstahl übernehmen wir keine Haftung.

Is the sleepover in the gym fee – required?
Yes, we charge a small fee for sleeping over in the gym. Please note, that it is a lot cheaper than booking a hotel or hostel. You will find more information during the registration process.

Ist die Übernachtung in der Turnhalle kostenpflichtig?
Ja, die Übernachtung in unserer Turnhalle ist kostenpflichtig. Jedoch sind die Kosten im Vergleich zu einer Jugendherberge oder einem Hotel sehr niedrig. Mehr dazu findest Du bei der Anmeldung.

Are there any rules I have to obey when sleeping in the the gym?
Yes, there are rules that you have to obey. You will find more information during the registration process.

Gibt es Regeln bzw. eine Hausordnung wenn Ich in der Turnhalle übernachte?
Ja, wir haben für die Turnhalle eine Hausordnung an die Du dich halten musst. Mehr dazu findest Du bei der Anmeldung.

Will there be food offered in the gym?

This varies from camp to camp, but usually yes.
We will provide you breakfast in the mornings, which will contain croissants, pretzels and roles, butter and marmalade and some fruit.

Gibt es Verpflegung wenn Ich in der Turnhalle übernachte?

Das ist von Camp zu Camp unterschiedlich aber in der regel Ja.
Wir bieten dir bei einer Übernachtung in unserer Turnhalle morgens ein Frühstück an. Dieses besteht aus Croissants, Brötchen, Butter, Marmelade und Obst

Are there showers in the gym and are men’s and women’s bathrooms seperated?
Yes, there are enough showers in the gym and they are seperated.

Gibt es Duschen und Umkleideräume getrennt nach Frauen und Männern in der Übernachtungshalle?
Ja, in ausreichender Menge.

What should I bring for the sleepover in the gym?
You should bring a sleeping mat, a sleeping bag and a pillow. You will be sleeping on the floor.

Was muss Ich zum Übernachten in der Turnhalle alles mitnehmen?
Du solltest eine ISO Matte, einen Schlafsack und ein Kissen mitnehmen. Du übernachtest auf dem Boden der Turnhalle.

Can other people, who are not participating at the IDCF sleep in the gym, too?
No, there is only limited space in the gym, which only is supposed to be used by IDCF participants.

Können Personen, die nicht beim IDCF angemeldet sind mit mir in der Halle übernachten?
Nein das geht leider nicht, weil wir nur eine begrenzte Kapazität in dieser Halle haben, und diese nur den Teilnehmern des IDCF zur Verfügung steht.

What are the terms and conditions of the payment for the IDCF and the sleepover fee (if booked)?

Please indicate your first and last name and the city of the IDCF you are registering for as the intended purpose of your transfer. We should receive your payment two weeks after your registration for the dance camp. If you are paying cash at the workshop location, we demand a fee of 5€. It is not possible to make a money transfer two weeks before the Camp starts. Then you have to pay cash at the workshop location. Please note, that your registration for the IDCF does not depend on your payment. Your registration is still mandatory even if you have not payed.

Als Verwendungszweck musst du deinen Vor –  und Nachnamen angeben + die jeweilige Stadt des IDCF. Deine Zahlung sollte innerhalb von 2 Wochen nach deiner Anmeldung auf unserem Konto eingegangen sein. Eine Barzahlung vor Ort kostet 5.- barzahlungsgebühr. 2 Wochen vor einem IDCF ist eine Überweisung nicht mehr möglich. Du kannst dann nur vor Ort Zahlen. Bitte beachte, dass die Gültigkeit deiner Anmeldung nicht von der Zahlung abhängt.

What do I have to consider when transferring money from another european country?
If you make a payment from another country, for example Switzerland, Austria or Italy you have to consider adding the money transfer fee to the workshop fee. In general, the fees for transferring money from another country are estimated to be 9€. In case we don’t receive the full amount because of the transfer fees, we will have to demand the missing amount plus a fee of 5€. We recommend, to always at least add 9€ to your payment, when you transfer money from a foreign country.

Was muss Ich bei meiner Überweisung vom Ausland aus nach Deutschland beachten?
Solltest Du von einem nicht EU Land aus wie z.B. Schweiz oder anderen Ländern aus überweisen, so musst Du die eventuell anfallenden Bankgebühren dem Gesamtbetrag hinzufügen. Grundsätzlich gilt, einige Banken verlangen bis zu 9.- Euro Gebühren. Sollten wir aufgrund von Bankgebühren nicht den Gesamtbetrag von dir erhalten, so wird der Restbetrag incl. 5.- Bearbeitungsgebühr von uns nachgefordert. Es ist also ratsam, dass Du bei Überweisungen aus einem nicht EU Land mindestens 9.- zu deinem Überweisungsbetrag hinzufügst.

What happens, if injure myself or get sick at the camp? Will you reimburse the workshop – and the sleepover (if booked) fees?
In these cases, a reimbursement of the payment is exluded.

Was passiert mit meinen Workshop – und Übernachtungskosten in der Turnhalle (falls mitgebucht) wenn Ich während der Teilnahme beim IDCF krank werde oder mich verletze?
Eine Rückerstattung deiner Workshopgebühren oder Übernachtungsgebühren in unserer Turnhalle ist in diesem Fall ausgeschlossen.

Was ist, wenn Ich nach meiner Anmeldung krank werde und nicht zum IDCF kommen kann?
In unseren AGB sind diese Fragen gereglt.  AGB

What happens, in case of private issues, family emergencies or job issues? Will you reimburse my payment?
In these cases, we don’t reimburse payments. In case you have not sent your payment but are registered for the camp, you will still have to, according to our GTC, make your payment.

Was passiert wenn Ich aus privaten, familiären oder beruflichen Gründen nach meiner Anmeldung zum IDCF nicht kommen kann?
In diesem Fall können wir dir, laut unseren AGB,  leider deine Zahlungen nicht zurückerstatten. Falls Du noch keine Zahlungen geleistet hast so musst du diese trotzdem, gemäß unseren AGB, leisten.

Will I get my payment reimbursed in case the Dance Camp gets cancelled?
Yes, in that case you will get your full payment reimbursed. Further claims from your side against us are, according to our GTCs, exluded.

Bekomme Ich meine Zahlungen zurückerstattet wenn ein IDCF abgesagt werden sollte?
Ja, Du bekommst in diesem Fall alle Zahlungen zurückerstattet. Weitergehende Ansprüche gegen uns deinerseits sind allerdings laut unseren AGB´s ausgeschlossen.
